Hello Flowity Flow Club! You're in for a treat today. This flow was LOVED by my students and I can't wait to share it with you. As a yogi (either teaching or practicing), do you ever get caught in a "every sequence begins with downward facing dog" rut? It's an easy rut to fall into. Trust me, I've been there. The finale sequence this week does begin in downward facing dog (there's a reason it's so great, after all), but I initially built the entire second half starting in chair pose instead. You're going to love it. If you missed the speedy instagram flow, you can check it out HERE.
In this week's flow chat, we discuss 3 topics:
Flow breakdown: I always walk you through the flow (the separate pieces and the combination) that you can recreate it yourself.
Standing infinity sequence: I built the second half of this flow first as a standing infinity sequence. You could use this one part all on its own, or incorporate it into a flow like I did.
Extended exhale breath work: Today I started class with some new breathwork. I'll walk you through it and tell you how I brought it back at the end of class.
