I always reach out to our Flowity Flow Club members before planning bonus content to find out what specific topics would be most helpful. Sometimes I'm surprised by the requests, but I'm always glad to help meet your needs! Over the years, I've honed the skill of planning effective warm-ups so that they are more than just a random collection of poses. A well-crafted warm-up becomes a series of subtle hints to the student's mind and body. When done right, a warm-up sequence will achieve three main goals:


  1. Prepare the mind and body for the class to come

  2. Foster a connection to the breath

  3. Feel good

I'll walk you through a flow, showing you how I arrived at a specific warm-up sequence for that particular class.
