Hello Flowity Flow Club! I'm so excited to be back with you! This week's flow brings two unique pose variations and a lot of dynamic front-to-back movement on the mat. Sequence B is a beautifully crafted flow with steady breath cues that works perfectly for a 60-minute class or as the foundation for a basics class. The weight shifts smoothly forward and back, creating a fluid rhythm that your students will love.


Walking into the studio with a plan like this one saves you energy, allowing you to focus on connecting with your students—which is the true heart of yoga. Those connections are what keep people coming back for more. Get your plan ready, and walk in with confidence!

  3. RIGHTS & LEFTS: This flow is a little unique in how it shifts from right to left mid-sequence. I’ll explain why I designed it that way, how it affects your cueing, and offer some tips to simplify it if needed.
