Hello Flowity Flow Club!


This week, I have a dynamic flow that challenges both the mind and body, introducing a few new phrases to enrich your classes. I’m thrilled to have you here to expand your yoga teaching and build your confidence. My goal is for you to use these flows in whatever way best suits you: replicate the class exactly, use just the flow and build your own class around it, or incorporate just a portion or a transition that excites you. I'm here to support you on your teaching journey!

This week's flow discussion covers three main topics:


1. The Flow Combination: I’ll begin by explaining the flow, breaking down its components, how I taught each part, and how I combined them into one seamless sequence by the end of the class.


2. Bringing New Vocabulary to Class: This week, I introduced several new pose names to my class. As a teacher, you'll learn how to expand your students' knowledge and present something different so they leave the class knowing a new pose.


3. Take It to the Back: I created a mini theme this week, starting with a forward fold at the back of the mat and walking forward to a high plank. This slightly different movement challenges the brain without overloading the body. Discover how I incorporated it!
