Welcome to this week's full class breakdown! Our prop in class today: towels. Yep...towels. We worked on a really cool binding moment, and a simple towel is a great prop if you have a student that doesn't quite have the shoulder mobility for a bind. A strap would have done the trick too, but we actually flowed WITH the towel, which was more manageable than a big huge strap and did the job perfectly.

This week in the flow chat I discuss 3 topics:
The flows! I alway begin with a breakdown of the 2 flows that I teach, and how I wove them together in one long flow at the end of class. This week's 2 individual flows are both excellent options to build an entire class around on their own if you wanted to!
The towel bind: I tell you all the details for how I introduced a bind within a flow and adapted for students who needed a little extra help. yes, it's unconventional, but we flowed WITH a towel.
The cooldown: How I chose the poses, why I chose the poses, and how it supported the flow we just completed.
