This week’s class was built in two unique parts, then combined into one cohesive flow. This “recipe” of separate preparation and final integration is my go-to method for success—whether you prefer a mild or spicy vibe!
✨ A Standing Series for a Wrist-Friendly Break
We’re stepping off the hands and shaking things up with a standing sequence that gives wrists a rest from all those downward dogs. Later, I expanded this standing series to work as a bridge between two downward dogs, and it came together beautifully. In this week’s flow chat, I’ll explain exactly how and why.
