Here’s what we’re diving into this week:


The Flow: Always. This is the foundation of every Flowity Flow breakdown! I’ll walk you through how I built this flow, step by step, ensuring students feel prepared and supported for the grand finale sequence.


A Standalone Moment: This week, I switched things up just a bit by taking a pause in the flow to fully explore Dancer Pose on both sides before weaving it back into the sequence. I’ll share the exact cues I used and why this small change made a big impact.


Wrist & Shoulder Awareness: Let’s talk about keeping your students safe. Sometimes, we need to dial back on chaturangas and vinyasas to give the wrists and shoulders a break. I made some key adjustments this week, and I’ll explain when (and how) to do the same in your own classes!
