I'm so happy you're back this week. This week's class included a strap! We built a careful warm-up that prepares for a balancing sequence, both using a strap. That standing sequence then transitions into the flow, this time without the strap! It's a beautiful way to prepare the body and change up the focus of a class with props. Our flow chat today also includes a discussion on how to ensure you're not overloading one leg (or body part) as you move through a flow. How can you prevent that from happening? How can you adjust if it does? I share several insights and ideas to make sure the body doesn't get worn out on one side.
