Hello Flowity Flow Club!
This week, I created and taught a flow centered around the idea of "breaking patterns." In our yoga practice, we often find ourselves repeating the same poses and transitions. This happens frequently in the studios where I teach. To challenge this, I made subtle changes to disrupt these physical movement patterns we fall into unconsciously. I also invited my students to reflect on the emotional and mental patterns in their daily lives that might not serve them well. Sometimes, a small tweak can make a significant impact.
