Hi Flowity Flow Club! This week's flow is inspired by my own current life state: I'm healing a cranky shoulder with the help of my PT. I have been placed on a 3 week push-up rest; which means: no chaturangas. It'll be fine, I'm not worried. It has made me extra mindful of the chaturangas that I include in my sequencing though! This week's flow is nearly chaturanga free. It could be completely chaturanga free if you wanted it to be. I had several students after class approach me and tell me that they didn't miss the chaturangas at all and were grateful for the break.
