I’m so happy you’re here! This week’s flow is all about being kind to the wrists and shoulders. We kicked things off with the usual downward-facing dogs and chaturangas, but as class went on, they quietly slipped away. By the end, we wrapped things up in tadasana—chaturanga-free! And guess what? My students still found it a solid challenge for both mind and body. Who knew you could have such a tough class without all the push-ups?
